News
Thank you for your continued support of LocationMind Inc.
We have recently confirmed cases of suspicious emails where third parties are impersonating our company executives. These emails are not sent by us and have no affiliation with LocationMind Inc. whatsoever.
The purpose of these emails is to deceive recipients into believing they are communicating with our representatives and to solicit suspicious actions. Please be advised that, as of now, there is no evidence that our internal email or business systems have been breached or used in an unauthorised manner.
Interacting with these suspicious emails may pose risks, such as being redirected to malicious websites or being pressured to join external services.
Even if an email appears to be from our company or our executives, we strongly urge you NOT to engage in the following:
- Joining external service groups (e.g., LINE groups)
- Clicking on any URLs provided in the email
- Replying to the email or providing personal information
- Opening any attached files
As a general rule, all official business communications from LocationMind are sent from the "@locationmind.com" domain. Even if an executive's name is displayed as the sender, any email sent from a domain other than our official one is a spoofing attempt.
If you receive a suspicious email that you do not recognize, please verify the sender's address and delete the email immediately without opening links or replying.
Furthermore, please refrain from forwarding or sharing these emails with others, as this may increase the risk of further damage.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary to prevent further impersonation attempts.
