In order to more steadily realize our business plan, we will streamline the Board of Directors into an organization responsible for optimal and rapid decision-making in management, and launch a Management Committee separate from the Board of Directors to plan and develop service strategies and plans.

As part of this, all eight current directors have completed their terms and been re-elected, and three new directors, Naoki Kiritani (CEO), Ryoma Ogawa (CFO), and Tomoaki Fujita (COO), have been appointed as directors.

Of the five directors who will retire at the end of their terms, Ryosuke Shibasaki will remain as CTO (Chief Technology Officer), Dinesh Manandhar as CDO (Chief Development Officer), and Yasuo Usuba as CPO (Chief People Officer), and will remain in their positions to lead management as observers of the Board of Directors and key members of the Management Committee. Similarly, Tatsuya Hayashi will continue to engage in our business as a senior counsel, observer of the board of directors, and key member of the management committee. Chiemi Osada will also step down as an outside director, but will participate in our board of directors meetings as an observer and continue to support our business as an important business partner.
